Cheapest 42" 1080P Full HD I have seen. This looks like the same set that was badged up as Wharfedale previously.

If so, they are made by Vestel in turkey.

I have the 47" model and it hasn't missed a beat. Going to try one of thes as well.

This will also get you a £10 voucher.

Update £399 - Follow the sneaky Argos voucher deal explained below (which expires today 18th Nov) for this price.

RESULT!

Bought four one hundred pound vouchers as seperate transactions and got a £10 voucher with each one. Bought the TV and all the gift vouchers were accepted. Got another £10 voucher as it was over £100. So.....£50 in vouchers in total.

In reality, the set therefore cost me £399 for a FULL HD 1080P set.

The guy at the till was dead impressed and couln't quite believe what was happening.

The one I posted by a mile. The one you posted has a Resolution 1024 x 768 Pixels. This one is Full HD 1920 x 1080P. You will not find aother 42" 1080P even remotely close to that price.

Good eh!

Well, I now have mine mounted up on the wall and it's absolutely fine. No dead pixels, no funny behaviour, identical in operation to my 47" Wharfedale badged one.Like you say...go find another 42" 1080p for anywhere near this.
