Think they're exempt, I tried returning mine after it developed what appears to be referred to as a 'crying fault' - been stuck with it for 3 years now.
Mine was definitely wrong though, couldn't even walk for a year...

I wouldn't say they're failing - I should have used 'their' - I do know the difference.
I do, however, get lazy about checking my spelling/grammar when posting on here. No excuse maybe, but I'm not overly concerned, due to the fact that I am posting deals as opposed to spelling/grammar lessons :-)
P.S. Capital letters after full stops! (Just saying)
