its half price because no-one wants it.

And well.. why would they.
#8
They've done well to hide the 'Sticky back plastic' on this one.

But!

It is a deal so heat added.

It is pretty gruesome Lol!
#10
They knock things like that out with a sledgehammer on TV makeover shows!
#11
That is so hideous. Possibly the most horrible piece of furniture i've ever seen posted on here.

...what, you thought it would be solid Oak? Isn't all furniture like this particle board...Ikea and the like?

...really fugly though!! :)

Can you imagine, somebody designed that, somebody decided to put it into production, somebody had the nerve to go to Argos to try and sell it, and somebody at Argos thought it was worth investing in.

Argos, the next Woolworths? ;-)

Thank you.....one who actually likes it!! In the right 'retro' setting, this would be pretty stylish. Dont knock it until you see it for real!! But at the end of the day it comes down to taste and obviously not everyones taste!! Most probably have a lovely honey pine cabinet with wrought iron handles.???
#20
bet some looney would pay a fortune on fleabay for it rolf, still a bargain if you have fecked your walls by trying to install the t.v. on yer wall yourself, will save a fortune in plastering lol ( not that we have done this you see, we have a data engineer in the family who installs them lol)

Hey, I have one of these

But it wouldn't be "retro" to then stick a flat panel TV on the thing. If you're going "retro", you want a huge 4:3 21" CRT with a teak cabinet.:p

This is just too horrible for words!

Ikea do something along the same lines that looks a lot better.

Course you can stick a plasma on the unit......same as you can stick 60's repoduction wallpaper and lights in your room. You dont have to have a 60's fireplace too you know. Its called merging the eras!!
If you dont like it....fine. No probs whatsoever, but just remember some people may want to buy a unit cos its cheap cos they cant afford £100 like the Ikea cabinet which incidentally my sister has!

I believe it's called making an interior design faux pas!

Just 'cos it's cheap doesn't make it good value either. Sorry but I think it is absolutely hideous:p

No, what's so sad is that you felt it necessary to trawl back through my old posts in order to make a sarcastic comment:p

Laurel & Hardy sad???

You obviously have no idea about comedy. Without L&H, there probably wouldn't have been _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Just add your favourite comedy programme there.
