Heat for price.
For those who like to know such things, this is an eight bit panel with frame rate control.
8 bits + FRC = "10" bits.
Also, Android 6.0 Marshamallow upgradeable.
No 3D.
Source.

8 bits + FRC = "10" bits.
Does that mean it's not proper 10 bit?

most tvs at this price point are not real 10bit panels but will play HDR playback

Surely better wait for the new 2017 models and hope true 2016 10 bit TVs will reduce in price.

how long is code available for because I come in to some money in a few weeks and really want a new 4K tv to go with my PS4 pro. Any recommendations with good HDR.

As far as I'm aware the only difference 10-bit makes is that it deals with banding better.

Personally if I was buying an HDR TV I'd focus on the main HDR hardware like local dimming ability and colour space and how it handles tone mapping.

Any recommendations with good HDR.

Right now Panasonic's DX902 is at a good price for it's level of HDR ability. It's not as good as the ZD9 or KS9500 but it is a fair bit cheaper.

If you're happy to settle for an entry level HDR model with limited dimming zones then Samsung's KS7000 is very popular.
