Great site. Some people are very helpful. Some are like sheep and just want to compain as to how you list something wrongly. Guess I should have just slowed down a bit and read similar posts.

Good post that links to some genuine good deals.

Heat from me just for bothering to post the deal. Some people on this site can be very hurtful to those who try to help others. Nothing short of bullying comments which the MODs should remove in my opinion. A13 - have a word with yourself.

This is also posted on MartinsMoneyExpert email this morning - so if it's good enough for him, it's good enough for here!!

So you too have also missed the point of this site? You post deals with specific information to deals - not just a general "oh there are some deals for £5 at Argos" with a broken link.
Like I mentioned above - it's like me saying there are some £1 deals at Asda - have a look at http://www.asda.com

People then vote hot or cold on whether the deal is good or not - not as you have done and voted "just for bothering to post the deal".

I think your bullying comments are well over the top. Yes - great that the op posted what he/she thought was a deal - but people cannot be expected to vote a non-deal hot!

At least you've now recognised this is a deal rather than jump on the band wagon with your negative comments. I happen to think this is a good deal, hence my heat.

You mean like of of your first deal posts on here?, I love the phrase "products vary" and my other favourite "various other bits and pieces. Some useful, some junk!"

The links on here are often screwed, it's mainly because the developers can't write their code properly

I know how you feel - you get excited about a deal you want to share, then the d**kheads rip shreds out of you for petty things & destroy any enthusiasm for wanting to share again!

People here should be encouraging posting, even if it's not picture-perfect, instead of knocking newbie confidence!

Yes - but I gave some examples unlike the OP here! Look - I'm not meaning to pull the OP down - I was just giving my opinion that it was a poor post as it had a broken link and it was too general.

They needed to add something like:

Meccano Red Arrows Acrobatics Kit
Was £14.99, now £4.99 save £10

You gave some generalised examples that you saw in your local Tesco that may or may not be available in all Tesco stores with a thread title that implies a general availability.

As for the link i have already explained, some links on here are really flaky especially Amazon, Argos and other ones that are long and involve a site search

Yes - but I gave some examples

Sorry I would say it's definitely pot, kettle, black. Granted you included a couple of examples, but essentialy you have done exactly what you are saying the OP should not have done.

Bloody links on this site!

Thanks for taking the time to post the links (now if I could only add rep!?). The links can be quite dodgy on here some times, but I guess thats how hukd makes theres monies.

The real problem is these argos deals is they never have stock of anything good! But what can you expect, it's a clearance of their tat. Deal posting like this have sucked me into looking a few times and wasted money on something I don't really need or breaks soon after getting it home.

Thanks OP - I just bought a PSP charger for £1.01.

For those that don't know about it, here is the argis national stock checker site (very hand as it even reserves the stuff for you):
