Surely this is better? An extra £1, & it has a built in timer.

Can't find either in stock at any store near me, tried six stores in total.

Hot if you can find them though.

It is a better deal no stock at all in 25mile radius of me (swansea south wales) of the one with a timmer. But ordered 2 of the one with no timmer £9.99 is a great price thanks taswir1!
Have some heat x2 lol

I've got one reserved but no not sure if it would be cheaper electricity consumption-wise to get oil filled instead. Any ideas?

Depends on what output of Oil Filled radiator you opt for.

Supposing you got a 2000w (2kw) it would be identical to this convecyor heatr in this deal consumption wise.
The main differnence, is that the convector will give you instant heat, whereas the oil-filled takes while to heat up and does not convect the heat it produces.
One advantage of the oil-filled is that is will stay warm for a while after it is switched off.

how much would it cost to run this per hour???

None with the timer in the North East:(

Oil filled heaters don't give off as much heat. This will heat an entire room in minutes.

Eh?
surely you will be using this in the colder, and therefore usually darker months?
Will the solar panels / sun provide all the power that this heater requires in the winter?
#18
as long as there is light it generates kilowatts, obviously when it gets dark it doesnt generate! So during the day it will help

linky don't work no more
