None of the Argos player [except Philips] support DivX which I believe is a must by todays standard.
Their 10" Goodmans supports divx. My father in law has one.
I really don't get why people are so hung up about DivX, I bet most people buying these devices will be for playing commercial DVDs they bought from shops to keep the kids quiet on long journeys.

DivX is a nice to have for them but certainly doesn't make a good price a bad deal.

Or are there other portable players you can point at that are cheaper (and have DivX)?
