This deal isnt accurate, the promotion will be better than that described, and will be a limited offer, that isnt going to be repeated. It isnt the usual gift card offer. :whistling:

Do you know more than whats said above?

Maybe it will be more - what else can they do, I will go for £20-£25

Hope so as I really want to buy an iPod touch 32gb but am waiting for the best deal to come around. They cost £229 so a £20 voucher for £20 spend would technically bring the price nicely down to £209 which would be a result :-D
#10

Pants! The new nanos are home delivery only as far as I can see. Is it worth getting it thinking that it would cost me £5.70 to deliver? Hmmm...

Yeah you still get a voucher if you pay with vouchers. You just can't buy a voucher with a voucher.

20% off for pre-order of games is back for 1 week only http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/491922/20-off-all-pre-order-video-games-it/
If you can use it with this deal, what a massive discount!! :santa:
Anyone think they need the cash?
#25
Shame they have hiked all the game prices way up!
#26
Clever marketing this it , not knocking the deal , but this is clever.

what they hope is someone spends £150 and then get a £10 voucher for october and a £10 voucher for november . That customer comes back in october maybe spends £20 and only pays £10 , then they come back again in november and spend £25 and only pays £15 , so total spend is £150 + £20 + £25 = £195 - £20 in vouchers = £175 so discount earnt really is
only 10.5% approx

But its ideal if you are after a few things a prezzies .

why dont they just cut the messing about and have a 10% off weekend .???

what will the next deal be with argos , come back with a pink elephant in tow?

Good deal.

There was a deal posted last night (can't find it now) it was a part of the 7 day mega deal.

http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500001801&langId=-1&productId=1500505231

It was reduced from £78.49 to £52.59.

However, that price went back up today to £78.49. They seem to honour the price you reserve it at.

So got it for £52.59 today and 2 x £5 vouchers. Good deal!

I have to buy two bits of furniture online at £99.99 and £509.99, now as far as I can see I'll get two £5 vouchers and two £10 vouchers but these can only be used online.

So £5 vouchers are near worthless as it costs £5.80 delivery and £10 vouchers are not that super either unless I want something else.

Would I be best buying the high price item first, getting two £10 vouchers and then using one against the lower priced item? Or am I missing something.

Or should I just buy them together save a £5.80 delivery charge and two delivery dates and get two £10 vouchers I'll probably never use online due to the delivery charge.
#39
If i buy £100 in vouchers will i actually get £120?
#40
You can't use these on every item though, that TV posted earlier you can't use it on.
