Well, P&P may well be "something different", but in this instance, it amounts to 50% of the original item cost, and is entirely relevant to people's decision of whether to purchase.

If we were looking at delivery for an item in the region of £50-100, it would be a different matter altogether.

I also tend to think that posting a deal for some plastic tat and then calling people cheap because they disagree with your delight at the price of said tat is, as the aristocracy say, "megalolz".
