wrong stadium mate

Nice price

Nice price, but like somebody said earlier, it will be the Arsenal 2nd team and thus is not really a cheap ticket to watch a load of kids kick a ball around.

Go to your local park and watch kids kicking a ball around for free.

but will be OK to watch one of the Favourites for the Championship title put on a good display ;-)

Can I buy tickets before 10th Sept if I am not a category member? Website suggests no.
#15
Hot, excellent value for true football fans to watch young talent.
#16
great deal - go every year
[mod]#17
will be going as usual, good price! have some heat!
#18
Every season we have one game picked for this offer. For the past 3 seasons it has been the 3rd round as its been at home lol.

Yes the kids will play, its not like we haven't done it before? But in Jack Wilshere we have one of the greatest prospects for future English talant and he will likely feature along with Ramsey if he's not injured.

Almost certainly will go to general sale, when it does you can buy up to 8 tickets in one booking (at least it has been that way in the past).
#19
Why would you want to go to that 'dive'? ;)
#20
That is a superb price, I'd pay a tenner to watch that and I dont follow Arsenal, it is a shame that other clubs who treat this cup with disdain dont similar deal for the fans.
#21
This is great value - and the club don't have to do it - they'd get near full stadium for double the price.

The team won't contain first team players, but squad players and kids....shoudl include Gibbs, Traore, Senderos, Djourou, Ramsey and Wilshire...maybe Walcoot as coming back from injury, as is Rosicky.

You'll see fast attacking football, and lots of goals - did Sheff Utd 6-0 last year when they were flying high in Championship and then Wigan 3-1 - both put out full first teams as well!

As for the diving stuff, go and watch Wayne Rooney's penalty against Arsenal at the weekend.
Now watch it again slowly....he does down BEFORE he is touched...Eg, he dives!!!!
The difference being, he goes over, knowing our keeper was going to hit him, and he'd get a nailed on penalty.
Eduardo did exactly the same, but the Celtic keeper managed to pull out of the collision, making Eduados' dive look much more obvious that Rooneys.

Yes I agree - we want diving out - but it's not the way to make one player a scapgoat. How many dives have you seen Eduado take? Now how many dives have you seen Ronaldo take? Who shoudl be held up and publicly labelled a cheat??????

Arsenal charge the same price for all their home Carling Cup games - including the semi finals.
ManU charged full price last year and stuck out a reserve side.
Is THAT fair play???
#22
Irrespective of what team they put out the stadium does look amazing!
#23
Regular carling cup price for the Emirates but good post for those who wern't aware, voted hot and rep added for being an Arsenal fan!
#24
great deal for all concerned...

Dads get to take the kids cheap...

and ****-nil manage to fill the stadium for a change....With a little luck

:-D:thumbsup:

#27
Definitely looking to take advantage of this, it's always a great way to watch Arsenal on a budget for the experience. :)
#28
great price well done arsenal. Heard man utd are going to charge us £40-42 to watch our 3rd round tie:x as kammy would say......unbelivable jeff:)
#29
EVERY Carling Cup game at the Emirates has been this price - all bar the game against Spurs, as Spurs objected to the low ticket prices and demanded that we charge full price.
#30
This would be pure entertainment. Even Arsenal reserves are in a class of their own
#31
I will defo be buying some :)
