I know it's another Tesco 1/3 off toys deal but at least it's not LEGO!

Classic party game for all the family, the RRP is about £30 but it's usually about £20 most of the year - £12 is a steal! Bought for us to use at Christmas.

Also, there is the extra questions pack (extra 500), which is rrp £15 but almost never reduced, for £9.90, which I think is the cheapest that it's ever been!

The extra pack has been price-matched by Amazon but not the main game yet, unfortunately.

Hope it helps someone!

I don't think so....unless HUKD's search is borked....I checked before I posted! All I see is this, which is Amazon and Articulate for kids:

This game is brilliant! Just purchased a box of the extra cards from Amazon, for £15 ish! Not opened yet so I might have to send them back and buy via Tesco! Thanks for sharing OP x

Amazon has price-matched Tesco...if you only just got them I'd jump on live chat with them and they should refund you the difference!

Thanks OP and heat added.

Been on live chat with Amazon and they told me, eventually, that they can't price match the game.

Ordered the game and the extra cards from Tesco.

Unlikely, in my experience.

title is misleading as it implies the game AND the extra pack for £11.90 would which be so hot.

still good price for just the game.

its our most played game.. so bought the card pack. thanks

Have bought this and the childrens' version. We did the same with Trivial Pursuit and find that having both adult and child questions available works well. Question pack lasts longer too.

Thanks. We were looking at getting this for Christmas, price just swung it!

Done - didn't want to make it too wordy but it is a bit confusing otherwise..

Thanks for the deal. Some suggestions for family party games that i think are pretty reasonable priced and offer a a bit of variety of play (although i do tend to gravitate towards bluffing games!):

Codenames - Word association, one spymaster has to try to give clues to identify his agents by codenames without naming the codenames themselves or accidently leading them to the other teams spy.

Werewolf - Deduction/Social Interaction. Works great with big groups and the kids love it, some of you are secretly werewolves while the rest are villagers. Each round (a night in the game) the werewolves secretly decide on a player to kill, and in the morning the survivors (and the secret werewolves) have to debate who they think are the werewolves before deciding to lynch the suspect werewolf. Other variations such as One night werewolf have a similar idea, but each player has a different role and power, and all the action takes place over one night.
One Night Werewolf

Coup - Deduction/Bluffing, You have to try to figure out what role cards other players have, and eliminate them based on the powers you have.

Love letter - Deduction/Bluffing. Different cards have different values, you use the cards powers to elimenate or swap hands with other players. The one with the highest card at the end wins.

Skull - Bidding/Bluffing. If you have ever enjoyed the bluffing aspect of poker, this is basically the boiled down essence of bluffing games. You bid on how many of your own and others cards do you think you can turn over without hitting a deadly skull card?
