Hi all,

just been to asda and spotted these on the shelf, asda smart price christmas cards (about 3 inch square ish) the sort of size the kiddies send a pack of 10 with 2 different designs in each pack for just 10p, and they werent fall over papery feeling cards as you would expect either. this is the standard price not a rollback so they should be available everywhere.

Now im not suggesting you send these to all your loved ones i know we all like to buy nice xmas cards too (got all mine last year in jan sales) but if your kids are anything like mine we have to send cards to all the friends at school which last year was over 60 cards. At 1 pence a card i think these are ideal for little ones or maybe handing out to the whole office etc. i bought 5 packs then put the extra i would have spent to the children in need tub at the til..

hope someone finds this helpful. http://i.groceries.asda.com/g/611/029/5051413611029_21000_IDShot_2.jpeg

i agree for friends & family i get larger nicer cards but these are perfect for the little ones. i cant imagine what price they will reduce these to in the sales after xmas :-D

I was in asda earlier and asked my daughter if she wanted a few packs of these for school firends. She prefered their boxes of 40 which are assorted designs and only 97p. Dearer I know but still not bad cards for the price. Heat added anyway :)

Why even give out cards? It's not even anyone's birthday? ;)

Your post is too long! The second sentence isn't required. In fact, the first word would suffice.

Giving cards is such a pointless exercise. HUMBUG.

I would call it greed
