These loaves are great.

If you leave them on the work surface rather than in a cupboard or bread bin - the glow from them saves you lighting the kitchen at night.

Put them in the fridge and they last even longer!!

Or get cheap bread and put it in the fridge and it;ll last a week....

there is no way on this earth that a week old loaf can be classed as 'fresh'.
I remember buying an eccles cake in the cafe at cadbury world, around about September time, and it had a best before date of february the following year so christ knows what the hell was in it to make it last that long!
