It's toxic green and smells like disinfectant. I know because cheapskate hubby came home with it last week. And he was soooo pleased with himself. :oops:

Bought cheap (14p) Lidl shower gel.
Good job I tested it on my hands first...they turned red!
Now use it for cleaning the handbasin..works well :-D

proberbly not for faint hearted or with sensitive skin , but for that price fill your boots:)

you gotta love all the people with an opinion but no experience of the product. I might be completely wrong here but I think that this kind of stuff needs to be tested before they can sell it and this is again just a guess but the composition will probably be pretty much the same as any other shower gel on the market. People can get excema from a variety of products both cheap and expensive.

The only difference will be how it smells, but then again it will probably be made in the same factory as more expensive products and probably comes out of the same tanks, they just fill a cheaper looking bottle :)

I don;t know about this but some things are false economy.

A workman recently borrowed my washing up liquid and replaced it with cheap stuff,i have to use 3 times as much just to get a decent lather!

Buy it on line - if it comes up out of stock ASDA replaced it with a more expensive item! I got 4of the 68p ones instead !!
