ASDA Squeezy Honey 250G

SQUEEZY CLEAR HONEY

The last time I bought this, it was approx £1.50, it tastes great!

This is either a pricing error or just a really good bargain! Grab while you can!

I wonder if Walmart honey contains the blood of the bees as well as their employees.

Apparently this honey is made in Chinese "honeyshops" (the bee equivalent of sweatshops). I've heard some of the bees are only a few weeks old and are forced to work long hours with little or no nectar, and they're banned from forming trade unions (or "hives", as they're known in the trade).

That remark is so funny, you have a great sense of humour, well done!

I'll risk being the pedant as I have nothing better to do this time of day, following your analogy, that should be colony not "hive" the hive being the 'building' accomodating the alleged "honeyshops"

and yes it's past my bedtime

I thought ' hives ' was a skin complaint. :whistling:

If you're going to be the pedant, you should learn how to spell "accommodating". :-D

Is it free range honey?

(Got some yesterday, SEL was 36p reduced to 35p I think)

Did you know that expiry date of PURE honey is 3000 years?
BTW it is not expired and still there!

Some of the proceeds should go to the flowers that provided the nectar for this product. Fairtrade for flowers.

Why is this expired? the deal is still on! I bought 3 tubes today.
