Found this at the Kingswood Asda and thought it was worth a try for my sister who's training for a half marathon next year.

Mine scanned in at £7 for some reason so I took it to customer services and they said someone else had had one scan wrong too and refunded me the £5, so check your receipt.

She's doing it at Silverstone next year and yes it is her first! Don't knwo the date exactly. We entered the London Marathon draw for next year too (along with our partners) but didn't get a place and didn't want to be committed to raising x amount of money to run for a charity in case we couldn't get the sponsors. She's getting married next October too so is using the half-marathon as an excuse to get in shape for the big day :)

It's hard to describe so I'll show you a similar item http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131241 I know this is 1p cheaper, but then you have to spend £50 on ebuyer for delivery. On the box it showed people using at between their legs and between their arms so it can be used for thighs and arm workouts I assume, hope this helps :thumbsup:
