Ready weighed sachets of mixed fruit with brandy, plain flour, dark brown soft sugar, chopped almonds, black treacle and mixed spice.
You need to add:
220g butter
3 eggs
1 orange
Seems to be a jubilee reduction, cake serves 20 slices.
Around 15 of these in a basket near the bread aisle in my local Asda at Leith, Edinburgh. Maybe local but worth keeping an eye out for as bargain! :)
