First deal :-)

Haven't played this game but saw it for this price and thought it was worth a punt.

Same price at Game and Gamestation too
(4% Qudico via these sellers)

Just comes down to which retailer you prefer.

Will it look any good on a ATI 5470?

Cracking price; additional information it is compatible with the 360 controller and doesn't include the constant internet connection DRM that AC2 had for PC. Internet authoristion at time of install IS required though.

This video shows AC2, and AC Brotherhood has the same spec requirements. So expect something like that video.

I didn't think it was on a par with AC2, given Amazon's stated system requirements:

ATI RADEON X1950, HD 2000/3000/4000/5000/6000 series

I thought my 5470 would be perfect for it.

those aren't requirements.. they are supported cards and desktop ones at that.
noone (afaik) ever bothers adding laptop cards in system reqs so you have to guess.
if same as ac2 then should be fine going by that video though i assume its 720p rather than 1080p.
imo from his other vids the vids may not be representative though and may be recorded at fairly low fps as eg jc2 runs a bit well other than 'lag from recording'.

try canirunit to see if they give an idea. id guess both cpu and gpu are below recommended but doesn't really mean too much.

That's rediculously cheap considering it only came out around a month ago on PC! Still, won't be bothering. Completed it on 360 at launch.

Just curious about all of your experiences with either card, game or both.

So is this AC + Brotherhood or just a (sub)sequel or just an expansion for AC?

that thread doesn't treally tell much as its mainly the ramblings of 2 people.
1 running a different card overclocked and neither seeming to really bother about framerate or resolution or balance between res/settings etc
