Code: WELCOME on a new account

Paris, 1789. The French Revolution turns a once-magnificent city into a place of terror and chaos. Its cobblestoned streets run red with the blood of commoners who dare to rise up against an oppressive aristocracy. Yet as the nation tears itself apart, a young man named Arno will embark upon an extraordinary journey to expose the true powers behind the Revolution. His pursuit will throw him into the middle of a ruthless struggle for the fate of a nation, and transform him into a true Master Assassin.

Introducing Assassin’s Creed® Unity, the blockbuster franchise’s new chapter powered by the all new Anvil engine, rebuilt from the ground up for new gen. From the storming of the Bastille to the execution of King Louis XVI, experience the French Revolution as never before – and help the people of France carve an entirely new destiny.

Some have, the frame rate is still the same though.

I've been playing this recently, lent off a friend because I heard about the issues. I've barely seen a thing wrong with it, and it looks incredible. Its only recently people have been so interested in frame rate and resolution, I don't remember it mattering on PS3 or 360. They've patched it with a pretty hefty update as well (close to 3GB).

I can wait until after Xmas

and even them I'm buying preowned so ubishaft don't get my money

Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but here's are some real life vs in game shots someone in Paris took. http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2014/12/01/assassins-creed-unity-paris-compared-to-real-paris/#/slide/13

Meant to say was 39.58 on Xbox one still a saving though

Very good price and now with free DLC due to framerate and glitching/bug issues which will no doubt eventually be patched anyway. Just finished Black Flag (I'm new to AC) which was incredible. 34 thoroughly enjoyable hours before I chopped it in. Hope this is as good! Heat added

What makes this edition "special" exactly?
#15
Is this game still the buggy mess it first was when released? Or has Ubisoft Patched it now?
#16

Ubisoft has formally apologised for the bugs at launch by giving free DLC to everyone and a free game (The Crew, Far Cry 4, Watch Dogs, Just Dance 2015, Rayman Legends or Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag) to those who purchased a season pass (couldn't find any to buy due to being pulled as I'd love Far Cry 4 for £20). Patch notes are available from the Ubisoft forums at the bottom of the article http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2014-11/27/assassins-apology

Just paid £36 yesterday

Gr8 deal but I worry that they actually don't have the stock. That particular website has a fame for delayed service and inability for cancellation of order.

good price,I like

After buying it at launch , I'm surprised it's not free with a box of cornflakes.

Good price, but personally I refuse to fund Ubisoft's BS anymore. Recycled games and realism/graphics that take priority over gameplay/fun.

I'll wait to buy this until the bugs will be fixed

Not sure why Ubisoft are getting a kicking, this may be iffy game play wise, but Black Flag was brilliant. If you don't like black flag, you don't like pirates, and if you don't like pirates, your opinion can't be trusted.

its had two updates up to now, but there is still a lot of bugs in the game, but its still a great game.
#30
It says delivery on receipt from supplier but doesn't state when
#31
Decent price, but has to be up there with one of the most boring games I've ever played through (coming from a fan of the series - at least until recently). I can't even be bothered to unlock the legendary armor this time round, let alone level up in initiates.

Voted hot though.

Used just now, but be careful, they have listed the same product twice on their website, once at £34.98 and once at £43.98.

Both descriptions are exactly the same so I'm hoping I get the right product!
#33
I have also gone for this deal & have an email that says £31.48 (after 10% discount used) so I should only get charged that amount. I nearly signed up for that £15 cash back offer at the end of the transaction but read up on it & decided not to fall into the scam. Anyone else fell for this? Anyway good deal Heat added!

It's the only game that is holding price bizzarely....

How has the special eddition Farcry 4 not sold out on Amazon yet!
#35
This will be my last bargain buy for ages, spent a lot over last few weeks due to some wkd sale prices...
#36
@SavageDonkey I've noticed exactly the same thing. I've been waiting for this to drop so I could join my mates and just can't seem to find it anywhere that does it significantly lower than £40! I managed to pick up the Bastille Edition for £37 on Cyber Monday but still confused as to how this game has held its price. The only deals prior to this were Xbox bundles.
#37
Has anyone that has ordered this received an email saying it's been dispatched yet? Mines still saying "awaiting stock pick" even though it's in stock?
