Astraweb $96 a year - Unlimited downloads £61.00
It's meant to be a special offer but I got it years ago and any time I go to look for it for friends it's still available. It's the same as the Unlimited DSL Package which cost $11 a month whereas this works out at $8 a month. Only downside is you have to pay the year in advance as opposed to monthly.
