You can look, but you wont find anything; this is the best under £200 screen you can currently buy, and the TN panel is supposed to be one of the best for viewing angles as well.

I have been tempted by it, but I really love my IPS screens, so would like another, but the nearest decent IPS 75Hz screen is over £100 more.

I got my 144hz TN (viewsonic xg2401) for under £200 on Amazon, granted it was a deal

I suppose for explanation this monitor sits between the 2 linked above, but in performance is closer to the cheaper one. however in price it's closer to the more expensive, which is why it seems poor value. Value is always subjective, so thanks for posting.

Perceptually, Asus is considered a better brand than Acer, so can get away with a small price premium; and in real life, there are those of us who will NEVER give Ebuyer our hard earned money ever again.

In addition, the Asus has Freesync, neither of the two Acer suggestions mention it....

As pointed out by Gentle Giant, those are not FreeSync monitors,
Some info:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/FreeSync

This specific monitor has a FreeSync range of 40-75hz, which means a lot of the budget ranged cards drop out of adaptive sync when it is needed the most.

If you have a card that doesn't drop below 40 fps ever, you're grand. But on the same note, if you have a card that does that, you may want a higher end monitor anyway.
