Who are ITD and are they any good?
#3
Yes they are good, i have bought from them before and had no problems.

excellent deal, have some heat and rep

like the headphone socket, a lot of monitors dont have that or HDMI at that price, almost bought the benq posted here , think i will get this instead.

I thinks this a decent deal considering that it is 24" full HD. I have the VH226H and it is perfect, some differences between the two - the contrast ration 12000:1 and the response time is 2ms (one of the best)

why this over the benq?

I have this monitor. It was only about £10 more as well from Pixmania.

I have to say I am happy with it...24", speakers, DVI/HDMI/VGA....alot of bang for your buck.

Shame they don't allow you to collect at the store, would have been an even better deal without the delivery charge.

I would say the Samsung is better image wise but the Asus is cheaper and has more or less the same specifications.

nice deal, bookmarked

im considering getting one of these as I still dont have a hdtv in the house. I know this is a monitor and lacks an inbuilt tv tuner but that shouldnt be a problem as I can connect my sky + box via VGA cant I? And my PS3 will obviously connect via HDMI. Will it work ok putting sky in via VGA?. What are the downsides to going down this route? I take it the inbuilt speakers are very tinny.
Anyone that has purchased one please let me know how it has performed.
Or would I be better off just getting a HDTV?

My local tesco (Glossop store) has some 19 and 22 inch LG flatron models at the front of the store at a special/clearance price of £89 for the 22 and £79 for the 19. My dads just popped out to see if any of them are left. Will let you know how I got on with it, thats if there are any left ofcourse.

I got the 22 inch flatron home, only to discover it was the VGA only 1680x1050 model. It was a nice monitor for the money but as it was VGA only it was useless for my PS3. (unless I were to go down the complex and costly route of HDfury) So anyway I returned the monitor back to tesco today and now im looking for a monitor/tv.
