Price including quidco £167.99.

Not cutting edge any more, but still very usable and durable. Probably selling these off now in the light of the new 9 inch screens; and competition from Acer et al.

Sorry but cold from me, the 4GB non-surf model is worth the extra £20 for all the additional feutures and performance it brings.

+1 the built in webcam made my blogging a zillion times easier... and IIRC the 4gb had about 2.8 used default, so what must be missing from the 2g?

Sorry for being ignorant but with only 512MB and no window o/s, what does this system do?

Can it surf etc?

Classic post.

Quoting in case it gets edited.

Brilliant.

The 4G version can be purchased from Dixons for £189.05 minus another 3% if using Quidco.

No - but it has speakers that tell you what the website looks like.

It can easy surf the internet (and watch youtube videos), play music, create office documents, use skype, play solitare and generally 90% of the stuff most people use their computers for. It is a standard computer not some proprietry UMPC so USB peripherals will work and it'll have no problem connecting to a wireless network to use the internet or a shared/networked printer.

And it doesn't even have a mouse.

I agree, this really should be alot cheaper. The 4gb should really be the entry level.

Wow, that is super cool. Being partially blind that would be very helpful.

I've just put my order in for the 4GB version on the assumption that it also has this feature.

Yes it does, it has a touchpad.

I believe that was meant to be a joke, the windows version should have the standard accessibility bits but I don't know what the Linux version comes with in the way of that sort of thing (there's nothing obvious except voice command).

I was being sarcastic...
