Is this 2012 or 2013 edition?
#2
Judging by the original item number on Argos website, it's the 2012 version.
#3
2012 for sure, 2013 has a different cpu.

2012, the quickest way to check is the 2013 has 2gb of ram where as the 2012 only has 1gb.

These Nexus 7 mk1 argos fleabay refurbs have been doing the rounds for almost 18 months now. If the argos mail carrier did air miles, some of these duffers have been back and forth so many times, they probably qualify for a free flight to Australia!

Only these are not refurbs are they?

May as well pay the extra 70 and get the new one.

May as well pay the extra 70 and get the new one.

Quickly translated on a deals website to

"why not pay nearly double and get the new one?"

You still upset about your E-cig?

Oops. I stand corrected.

Still got the 2012 version & it's still going strong.

Excellent price for an excellent piece of kit.

I made your deal hot!!!!!!!!!!! 8)8)8)8)8)click here for some fun!!!!!

I think the community will decide if it is hot. You added heat. I'm being a pedant. Plus the link you provide to Dancing Cats or Wobbly boobies doesn't work for me.

I added heat, I could really do with a cellular version. Not up on these Nexus Tabs.

70% more isn't nearly double and no I didn't see who posted it just browsing ( the world doesn't revolve around you :) ). E cig deals always seem togo cold because of the anti smoking brigade. I still post them so that those that want to try and give up can get a good deal.

That's unfair :( The world does revolve around me ;)

And in fairness, I use e-cigs and they were not the best price.

Dunno about the deal but the comments are definitely getting HOT :D

Is it just me? Or do other people find marketing blurb that sellers don't update " Nexus 7 is Google's latest Nexus experience" feel like mis-selling? Really think consumers deserve better and sellers should be help to account for false advertising.

We'll have to agree to differ on that, clearly the community agreed with you though. Personally I'd rather pay a little extra and get my ecig from a known brand (especially the battery / charger for obvious reasons). I usually buy my juice from goforsmoke. Hoping to ditch it altogether soon I actually gave up smoking for 5 years then started again from cigars at christmas then went to ecigs. Anyway going off topic here, the Nexus2012 is great, I have one. Sorry for the delay, people at work wanted me to umm. work. I try to do a bit in between hot deals. peace.

Easy way to determine, 1GB in 2012, 2GB in 2013.
#22
Google I/O is next week. If you've waited this long to buy a Nexus, you might as well wait one more week. The 2012 and 2013 models will both get bigger price cuts if some new ones are launched.

NVIDIA - Tegra 3 Quad-core processor.

Is there anything else you need?

I of course meant the fact that it is the Gen 2 version. Shouldn't have to scan the deal info to figure that out. I thought you were a HUKD veteran? ;)

I do apologise, but I genuinely thought the price might have given it away, I find deals not miracles :p
