While there are similar cards available for a couple of £ more, none of them (that I could find) have near silent heat sink/fan combos fitted. Also the memory/shader clock speeds on this one are marginally faster than on others.

I currently own the Asus 9600GSO Top, with the same Glaciator Fansink. It is amazing just how quiet the cooler is, when compared to your average XFX card.

GTS450 is coming out very soon, should be replacing this I think, and will be interesting to see how the pricing of this older card is affected.

I would have expected the GTS450 to be priced along the £110-£120 mark ! ¡ ?¿ Do you think it's release will seriously affect the 250s price point?

This is old and for not a lot more money you can get a much faster DX11 card like the 5770 so cold from me. As far as i remember this is not based on the 9800gtx at all its based on the 8800gt/9800gt which by today's standards are slow this card was a competitor for the ATI 4850 and was beaten by it it was all a lot of Nvidia rebranding old stuff.
