Much better to get a single 970. The 4gb on this is split into 2gb per GPU so actually behaves like a 2gb card, then sli is not supported by all games and when it is supported may have issues such as micro stuttering
GTX 970 for ~£250 would be a better buy IMO

Especially as so many games seem to struggle with SLI
I suspect a single 970 will use a lot less power

and there will definitely be a lot less heat and better airflow with a single 970

Because it came out before the 970 and they are trying to clear the last of the stock.
I purchased one people are saying a 970 would be better I agree, but this is a collectors card when this first came out it was over twice the price it was listed for yesterday
