This tablet was £79 at Currys/PC World before but I missed that, but as no one has posted this one yet, I think it's nice to share.
Far better than its predecessor the ME173CX which sports a MediaTek quad core processor and easily better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.
Don't forget TopCashback, 1.01%.

Available in white, black, red, blue and yellow.

Similar or same price in Amazon too.

Same price on Amazon, in Blue, Black, White and Red.

Thanks BuzzDuraband, I've added that to the opening post.

Yeah, that's the same product. I would say it's better at John Lewis, as you're getting 2 years guarantee for just 99p more, though I'm not implying that these tablets go faulty in two years.

I think this was the tablet that was £50 back in the Black Friday Sales....

Really? I haven't seen the ME176 any lower than £79. I know that the ME173, the Memo Pad HD 7, was £69 last year and then a few months ago at Tesco.
I think people get confused between the Memo Pad HD 7 and this Memo Pad 7. This model achieves around 33,000 on AnTuTu.

This or the LG G Pad 7.0 for near enough the same price?

EDIT: Just noticed, the price has gone up to £97 odd, darn it.

Definitely the Memo Pad 7. Though I think the G Pad 7's battery life is a little better, but in most areas esp. the processor and camera are weaker.
Though it's gone back to £100, you can still get it for £85 at eBuyer.

The LG just looks more aesthetically pleasing, and I think the screen has a higher ppi, don't quote me on that though. Still stuck between which one I should get, hmm.. thanks for the help though!

No problem, you're welcome. The PPI is the same.
Before I stumbled on another price drop for the Memo Pad 7 to £79, I was seriously getting the G Pad 7.0 because it's fairly close to the Memo Pad 7. Anyway you can get the G Pad 7.0 for £86 at expansys, but everywhere you look, the Memo Pad 7 is always dearer because it's faster.

Check out the comparison between the G Pad and Memo Pad at GSM Arena, here. Also check a better comparison around the camera and chassis on YouTube here with nDevilTV.
In AnTuTu, the LG G Pad 7.0 scores around 16,500 whereas the Asus Memo Pad 7 achieves 33,000.
They're both really good tablets, but at the current prices, you'll get more value with the Memo Pad 7.

Hope that helps.
