From my own personal experience they sold me a flat panel that was boxed marked as refurb; it was supposed to be new. When I told them to collect it they point blank refused and ignored me. Very shoddy customer service from the first point of contact, I wouldn't shop there again.

Hi,i would check out Support,warranty & RMAing out,before deciding which is the better deal.

ps also try to find out what accessories,extras come with the card.Card size also ie Fan size etc etc.
