24" 75Hz Freesync Viewsonic and AOC monitors have been available for around £100 or so, with 144Hz versions going for about the same money as the model in the deal here. Perhaps this Asus has better image quality?

I'm looking for best gaming monitor on the reasonable budget £250 max.
must be:
- resolution 1080p
- input lag ~ 10ms,
- refresh rate > 60Hz

So far I got dilemma between:
1. Asus VG248QE 24-inch 3D LED, 1920x1080, 144 Hz, 1ms
2. ViewSonic XG2401 24 inch 1920 x 1080, 144Hz 1ms, AMD FreeSync
3. ASUS VG245H, 24'' 1920x1080, up to 75Hz, 1ms, FreeSync

AOC are cheap and look good on paper, but Input lag is over 20ms, so i'm not considering it.

Benq XL2411z is solid, but a littlebit dated monitor. Viewsonic beat it with its extra features like freesync and usb 3.0 hub. If asus was 144hz I wouldn't hesitate to take VG245H.

are 1440p freesnyc monitors worth it? I as because IPS panels only available for 1440p, not 1080p at all in the market.

144hz IPS monitors cost small fortune.

yeah, i decided to just get a TN one for now and wait for the tech to become cheaper eventually. I dream of £250 1440p 144Hz screens in the next year or so.
