Came across this at work, with the exception of the integrated graphics, this looks like a pretty damn hot deal for the Intel P6100 DDR3 setup. If this had dedicated graphics memory I'm sure you'd be looking at £650 plus but if you aren't looking at a gaming machine this would boss anything else on the cheap!

Sub £400 systems are still pretty unanimously DDR2 and this has cracking feedback.

The LED backlit screen caught my eye too!

Expecting this to be cold at first as I know there are those of you that will search brands like ASUS just to click colder but I'm sure sense will prevail in the end.

In the Squaretrade reliability survey Asus came top just above Toshiba and above Apple, Sony and Dell. (Acer and Lenovo faired quite poorly but better than Gateway and HP). http://www.squaretrade.com/htm/pdf/SquareTrade_laptop_reliability_1109.pdf

Squaretrade sell computer warranties so their results are going to far more reliable than any straw poll by mags like PC Pro or posters on an HUKD thread ;)

I tend to agree with you there... before Christmas Argos were knocking out Acers with 3 year warranties and not much worse spec for around £300 - can't see any cracking deals at the moment though...

Wasn't as great as it sounded .. wrong model for some with not 3 year deal and just lies of getting things sorted
