No, you can keep it. Synthetic benchmark with no particular focus + only comparing with faster models isn't exactly a sensible appraisal.

It's a perfectly reasonable low to mid-range CPU that has power to spare for most people.

No, other way round in this case. This would be a much better bet for gaming due to the decent built in graphics on the AMD chip compared to what Intel has to offer. If your not gaming, then your better with the poorer graphics but better performing chip in an Intel laptop.

That might have been the case when it was new two years ago, these days it's the same speed as Intel's HD Graphics 4600:
