Hi, Link is our end, will be working shortly. Thanks for your patience

I also received this offer by email. Not sure I'll take up on it as I haven't listened to all my other audio books yet.

Thanks. Just signed up again - the link is now working :) £2 for an audio book is worth it. Wouldn't pay the £8 though ever!

Thanks OP, signed up again as there're some books I want, but won't pay normal sub price. Only ever buy off their £1.99 daily deals or re-sign when they do these come back offers, easy to cancel online. Heat added.

Never listened to any of the stuff I bought last time, but I'm up for some more. I'll get around to it one day. Maybe. Thanks.

It's useful for the book credits you acrue. I have almost finished my current set of books so the new credits will come in handy.
#7
Very nice, thanks

I'm slowly acquiring all the Game of Thrones books, take up this offer or continue the wait to get them all for free. Haven't actually listened to them yet

Great thank you ;)

Bitten at this offer but cancelling after 3 months. I think they should drop the credits and just make it like Spotify for audiobooks, I'd pay £8 for that. I'm never going to listen to an audiobook twice and it's not like I can pass it on to a friend as it's locked in audible format.

Thanks OP, heat from me

The license only allows personal use but you can burn the audio files to CD (for personal use) if you like and once it is on CD you could convert to MP3.

Good deal and if you have an Amazon Echo - it works with the Audible books you purchased/own even when your Audible subscription is cancelled

Amazon gave me a free three month trial with Prime even though I've been an Audible member several times before. Worth checking if you can get this for free before paying £1.99 pcm. The offer was on the Amazon home page.

Try Kindle Unlimited on Amazon. Apparently it includes all the Audio books that are linked to kindle books.

great offer, but it can still be bettered on ebay. I recently purchased 6 credits for £9.60, which is the equivalent of £1.60 a month. even better I can use them when I want.

I'd have never thought of buying audible credits on eBay. How does it work exactly, are they a code or are you buying an account with them in? Always wary of account type deals (often used for selling gaming credit and games too) as the seller can ultimately change password and lock you out at any time...

I went for this offer about a week ago, though it went through fine and said I had got it, when I look in my account it says I am on the standard monthly membership at £7.99pm, does it do this for anyone else or should it show the details of the offer?

I am wondering if audible have somehow disabled it on my account as I have had free trials and £1.99pm deals before so maybe there is a limit to how many you can have?

I also remembered signing up to this for the free trial about 4 years ago and being very upset when they charged me two lots of £7.99 and never using the credits.
Managed to get those credits added to my account today with a phone call so all is not lost.
Happy listening 8)

Went to cancel, got a free credit - spent credit, cancelled my £3.99 membership and signed up for the £1.99 membership, many thanks :)

Don't think I have ever paid full price for Audible using deals like this :)
#35
with the offer I went for, the guy sent me codes which work like vouchers on my account. you have to specify one title, the rest you get as credits.
#36
fantastic, just cancelled and resubscribed. spot on!
#37
Brilliant! Not offered a free book before I cancelled, only half price of £3.99 per month for 3 months. So I cancelled, then used your link to access the offer of £1.99 for 3 months - it worked like a dream. Thanks
#38
Link looks to have expired now, even though the Ts & Cs said it expired today. I'll speak with their customer service as I've heard they are good to see if they can make the offer work for me.
