Being that Audrey Hepburn and ''Breakfast at Tiffany's'' are the all time greatest things in film, this collection is a must have. Yes, ''Breakfast at Tiffany's'' may be the most well known here, and indeed it is the best in the collection. However, there are some other real gems in here.
''Roman Holiday'' - The film that brought Ms Hepburn to the world, and film audiences everywhere weak at the knees. The endlessly charming Hepburn had her first starring role in this sweet romance, playing a European princess on an official tour through Rome. Frustrated by her lack of knowledge about the real world, she rebels against her duties as princess and embarks on an adventure, aided by a news reporter (Gregory Peck). With the beautiful city of Rome providing the backdrop, there is always plenty to see. But the real joy of this film is Audrey Hepburn. With a performance that earned her an Oscar (rightly so) .A gorgeous, truly sweet, charming and fun film.
''Breakfast At Tiffany's'' - I cannot say enough good this about this film. A delightful slice of innocent film making, with Audrey getting to play to her strengths. Portraying Holly Golightly a flaky, slightly naive call girl, she brings charm and adorability to a superb film.
''Paris When it Sizzles'' - Good old-fashioned caper comedy. Filmed in Paris, adding further beauty to a wonderfully fun story.
''Funny Face'' - Also starring the legendary Fred Astaire this is a somewhat crazy musical. All in all, this beautifully presented set is essential viewing. Charming fun.
