seeing a lot of fad 'protein' products lately which contain hardly any protein.... can't really tell if this is a decent buy or not certainly not a hefty protein content.

Just bought some.. Bite sized bars so assuming a high protein vs size.. At 9 grams they must be,...

Like shark says, it's about the relationship either amount to the overall size, it's over a 3rd of the weight which is a good ratio, my local didn't have them though

Not sure how anything claiming to be low carb can possibly have around 40% carbs .........some normal chocolate bars have a lower carb content

i never said it was low in carbs... the picture you see is not the correct one - it has been uploaded by moderators. the original packaging looks like that:

No I didn't say you did.....but that it did (ie the image uploaded by the mods)......however on one of your own quoted figures the carb levels were frightening unless you meant 1% instead of 10% .....it's not the carb levels or sugar levels that would be an issue for me it would be the GI of those carbs

yes, 10g of carbs per 25g bar... equals 40% of carbs within the product. but only 1g of those carbs is sugar.
