Is this nation wide
#3
You really need to say which store this is in, because it is unlikely to be nationwide.
#4
Yes it should be nationwide, I saw it in Manchester for this price during the week, didnt know it was originally £4.99 though so only bought one bottle!
#5
would help if we didn't have a hose ban in manchester :(

Is it actually a car shampoo? Or a product for before or after the shampoo stage?

I was an Autoglym convert, paying the normal high price for quality. But in tests Autoglym only come half way against much cheaper rivals unfortunately......

Which tests though, wouldn't be ones like Auto Express who always make something a winner when it clearly isn't £$£$£$

Where is the evidence for this?
Did you just make it up?

Great price, thought I got a good deal when I bought last lot with 100% free got 1L for £5

Always believed these products to be a bit of con, but after having a million dead flies decide to bake themselves onto the roof and bonnet of my car, the only thing that removed them was Autoglym Insect Remover. Pricey but worth it.

I hope my local Sainsburys have some of this(at this price), even though I cannot use until the hosepipe ban ends.

Great price. Autoglym products tend to be expensive. Will pop in to the local store to check if there's any. Can't go wrong at this price.

A nicer way to challenge what I said would be to say - 'can you point out where these tests are'.
Rudeness is spoiling this site.
Yes - I am a subscriber to autoexpress and whilst the tests may not be in a lab I trust someone who has all the products to compare and spends large amounts of time doing so. The methods of testing are described in detail. Cost is a major factor - if the products were available for 1/2 price then I'm sure they would rate far higher.
The results are freely available - do a search on this site for autoglym to find the products compared;- autoexpress tests
I won't hold my breath for an apology.....

Disapointed. Can't find any in North Cheam, Surrey store.
Good deal for anyone who were able to buy them at this price.

I find that Megiuirs Gold Class wash gives a much richer lather but thats a great price.

I wasn't rude but was pretty certain where you got your ideas from, I wouldn't trust Autoexpress tests to be honest.

Of course there are better shampoos out there, but they often rate stuff that may not be so good.

An example from a while back was that Comma polish came out on top, and to put it bluntly it's crap!

They rated it above Super resin polish claiming it was easy on/off and it's much harder to take off compared to SRP.

Again of course there are decent products out there but Comma polish is not one and it's not as it it is really cheap in comparison.

Backhander from MR Comma I think

This seems to be store specific. Nothing at Hempstead Valley yesterday and indeed no space on the shelf for it.

11 Bottles left in Whitechapel, bought 2 myself, all were dusty must have been on their shelves for years lol.
