Are you joking, course it's not worth it but it will make you feel cool during card games and is cheaper than most places ;-)
#6
I was joking by the way! of course its cheaper to shuffle by hand, but this is lots easier

I've got one of these - it doesn't work particularly well.

That's a shame. I was just going to get a few of these for gifts and myself but I'll leave it if its not very good. Anyone else got a different opinion?
#11
My opinion is - it's £3....even if it's rubbish it can't break the bank too much....
#12
I want one

My dad uses one of these for bridge on sunday evenings and finds it rather useful

Mine is identical to the picture, worked fine for 10 to 20 hands of Poker, then the mechanism wears and it doesn't do half as good a job.

Couple of poker nights later it barely shuffles any on the left side and takes ages on the right side. We don't bother with it any more.

Cheap enough to buy for a single poker night, don't expect it to last long though.

I prefer to shuffle by hand as they are not brilliant but if your not a very good shuffler or just lazy for a fiver not bad.

I agree, i bought mine from a boot fair for £1 and to be honest it was a £1 wasted. The cards do not shuffle properly, its easier to do it by hand!

Good find, I paid £25 for one of these this time last year. Hot deal.

My Dad bought me one, complete carp (Sorry Dad).

Thanks - got one!

Sounds fishy to me!:)

Card shufflers are notoriously rubbish - if you want one that actually works rather than having to be fixed every 2nd time you use it, you're looking at paying big money.
#22
don't waste your money on these... even at this price, they're a poor product... sorry cold from me

And if you're using decent cards, they're also notorious for mangling those too..
#24
This is ideal, My mate is obsessed with these things. Easier getting a few small things instead of a big thing he may hate!
#25
always better to shuffle yourself ........ooh er misses :)
#26
yup, we got one of these for our regular poker evenings and... lasted about ten minutes, right up until the point where it managed to tear several cards of a vegas poker brand (ie. v. good quality).

The good news is that now we can all shuffle brilliantly and didn't need one of these in the first place. Avoid.
