Will wait for the 3D version next year for the visuals, it will be £3 in HMV soon lol

Avatar, Hurt Locker, Alice in Wonderland, Paranorma IN-Activity are just some of the bad story lines we've had to put up with, it's all marketing hype supporting very very poor movie scripts. and thats just a few.....

I really don't think this will be as much of a spectacle on a small screen and in 2D. Then again I haven't even seen this, so good think they are releasing it on the big screen again in the summer so I'll get a chance to watch it the way it was meant to.

Certainly there was a lot of marketing hype for both Avatar and Alice in Wonderland, but I completely disagree with the other two. Paranormal Activity has been released twice; the second release came off the back of consumer hype alone. The Hurt Locker did very little marketing and as such was very low grossing.

That's the objective part out of the way (you can always look up the finance for those two films if you don't believe me). Subjectively, I didn't think The Hurt Locker had a poor script at all. I thought it was refreshingly different for a war movie. The plot was minimal, but that isn't a criticism; different films use different mechanisms.

Anyone that didn't see Avatar in 3D at the cinema really missed out on the whole point of this film.

The story isn't the greatest, but seeing the movie in IMAX 3D was without a doubt one of the best things my eye's have ever witnessed.

Don't like it when you have to buy something else or there is a minimum spend, would rather just have a good price!
Better go to Asda
