OK - not for everyone ;o) But might help any new mums out there!

Not sure if this is nationwide but these normally retail for approx £10 so great price if available.

*Protect sore nipples and collect excess milk.
*Help ease engorgement.

Hope this helps someone!

Does one size fit all?

Seriously, i'm struggling to work out how these fit and stay on, and i'm a woman.

Everybody who is breastfeeding is a busty lady! I am normally just your average british handful but I could have given Dolly Parton a run for her money and no mistake! :-D

Yes, one size fits all. You put them in your bra, with your nipples in the holes on each shell. There is a little reservoir at the bottom of each shell that gathers milk that you leak.

The problem with these is that if you leak much, they don't hold enough and you still leak anyway. Another problem is that if they are quite full and you bend forward, the milk can spill out too. They feel plasticy and not nice against you. Pads are more comfortable.

Hope that explains it for you.

ps. Any chance of us not sexualing THIS Thread too? Ive already seen one idiot rep the thread for having the word breast in it, truly pathetic.

These are FAB!!! I couldn't have survived without these during both my children's breasfeeding, and I think I paid about £15 at the time! Brilliant as massage out excess milk to stop engorged breasts hurting so much, also allow cracked nipples to breath and heal unlike breast pads.........brilliant find, if you're preggie, get them, you won't be sorry.

Theses are fantastic, I paid a fortune for these, I couldnt leave the house in them as they looked ridiculous, but when I had baby butchered nipples that couldnt stand the touch of even a breast pad these were woth every penny, and the fact that they collect milk is a huge bonus

Just thought I'd mention, I had two types, breathable ones with holes in the collecting shell, and ones without holes. It is the ones with holes in that leak when you lean forward, you need to empty them much more regularly, which is a pita. They are ok when your milk supply has settled down and you stop leaking so much though, but you generaly don't need them then.
