can you watch movies on this?
That's not a bad piece of kit for the price. Anybody know if the battery is any good?
As it's WinCE would this run tomtom with a gps dongle?

Theoretically it should but in my experience things aren't straight forward with navigators on WinCE devices. There are always unexpected problems, but with patience and luck you might be successful. Would be interesting to report back when you have run a navigator (don't forget there are other's such as iGO and Navigon you could try).

This is actually £59.99 new as it has just been reduced.
I just took delivery of a B grade one today, but it is going back. Simply because I cant get the regional settings to UK English - there isnt physically an option in the drop down menu to select it so I have to put up with US English. (I dont think so...it appears not all the installation files are there).
Also I paid £59.99 for mine as B grade, so I might look to refund and then get a new one which hopefully will have all the correct regional settings.
I must say though that for watching videos it is pretty good. Clear quality nice size screen and speakers arent too bad, but better with earphones. It connects quite quickkly to my wireless network although web browsing is a bit of a laborious task.
I wanted one just to play Videos on and this fits the bill. It will also read them of a flashdrive, so you can connect the drive to the supplied cable and it will access the drive.

I think its a good product for what I want and at £59.99 new its a bl**dy bargain.

The battery is supposed to be very good according to the reviews on the Maplin site

Yes - in avi format for definite and probably some others - but I doubt mkv format
