You should maybe edit the title - it isn't a 6x4 shed. More like a 4x3!

Oooh could do with a cheap shed, are they gonna be **** though??

Too small for a mountain bike? Maybe possible to put it upright...somehow?

What's the normal price for that sized shed?

I don't think it's a normal B&Q stocked item

There's one in argos roughly the same size with with a cheaper sloping/pitched roof as opposed to this apex roof for £117.39
item no 705/7252
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7057252.htm

But I'm sure you could get one cheaper than that Argos price

Wickes do one about 40% smaller than the B&Q one at 3'7 wide by just 2'1 deep, again with a cheaper pitched roof for £63.61

Has anybody used the Dulux paint pod?
Was just wondering if you have to buy the paint in the special containers all the time or can u fill up the empty container with cheaper dulux paint?

Thanks

Paint Pod Any Good?
banned#16
well, ive heard from a few people they do mess up quite abit.
not only that, i went to B&Q today,

check this...the staff member is such a clown, he put white paint in the paint pod, and thought it would be a good idea to show off the paint pod..on a white background! and guess what? it wouldnt even work!

he was sat for a good half hour reading the instructions because his first three attempts didnt go to plan! to be honest, maybe he just isnt any good at reading instructions. he wouldnt even accept any help.

4' x 3' oooh you could fit in either a

lawnmower ( if you lean it up on 2 wheels!)

or an upright hoover and an ironing board!

Never used a paintpod but from talking toa bod at b&q the paintpod paint is thicker than standard dulux paint. if you put the normal dulux paint in it....it kills the paint pod...so he's seen lots of dead paint pods!

sooo crafty you have to buy a piant pod and then special paint for it too which is always gonna be more than normal paint and they control the pricing on that whether they lower it or increase it. once you bought the PPod youre gonna wanna use it right! damn dulux!

just bought the paint pod for £34 i thought it was worth a try, the paint is currently 2 x 5L tubs for £40 and apparently 5L will do a room with 2 coats so its not that expensive, wether it works or not is a different matter, but i just like the idea of no mess or cleaning brushes/rollers.

Cannot fit the shed into my car. Home delivery costs £20. Is £85 still a good deal?

A friend of mine up in scotland has a paint pod and swears by it. they painted two large rooms and used less than half the paint they thought they would need so returned the extra. I have now brought one on the recomendation and like said above you do need to use the pod paint. i think there is quite a range of colours but not the full range in normal paint. maybe the will develope the paint mix program for the pod system surely its just a different base mix???

hope that helps someone.
