B&Q Garden Furniture - MASSIVE REDUCTIONS Instore Only
Went into B&Q today and they had reduced virtually all of the garden furniture AGAIN.
All the signs instore state that there is currently a 1/3 off, BUT these reduced prices had been reduced again by 50, 60 and 70%.
For example, the Canterbury Round Gateleg Table (really good quality - Roble Hardwood) had been reduced from £299.99 to £99.99! Folding Canterbury armchairs to match were reduced from £99.99 each to £33!
I decided to go for the Milan Teak Folding table, reduced from £199.99 to £24.99 - couldn't work out how they got to that price. I think the Milan range has been discontinued. The matching folding chairs come in packs of 2 and were £25.99.
Other ranges reduced that I noticed were the Winchester and Monaco ranges.
Prices on-line are still only 1/3 off, so check out your local B&Q as the sales assistant told me that although this was nationwide it would probably not be advertised. Obviously dont know how true that is..............?

I went to 2 different B&Q's today and both were still only advertising 1/3rd off. At the 1st shop the assistant told me that nothing had been reduced any further. He refused to check the prices - but they didn't have what I wanted anyway.
I then travelled to a different store and again asked for the prices to be checked. The guy there was extremely helpful and despite the fact that he stated nothing had been reduced, he still was willing to help. Anyway we went to the till, armed with a B&Q Garden brochure and proceeded to check various prices. He was absolutely amazed that basically everything had gone down again.
Admittedly items weren't as cheap as the £24.99 Milan table that I had bought (it scanned at £49.99), but I still managed to get an additional 2 Milan folding armchairs for £19.99 - down from £69.98 !
Most people were looking but just passing by, as it would appear that all the prices on B&Q furniture are incorrect - best bet is to grab a garden brochure, take it to the customer services till and get them to check !

Thanks will need to pop back and check it out:thumbsup:
It would appear that the major reductions are in the larger B&Q warehouses only (at present).
Told a friend about the reduced garden furniture last night and today we went to 3 local stores - all 3 are 'larger' B&Q's. (Check B&Q website for location details).
Managed to get my Mum the Canterbury Bistro set (2 chairs and a small table) for £35 - reduced from £150 and my friend purchased the Canterbury gateleg table and 4 folding chairs for £232 - originally £700 !!!!
We did notice though that some of the prices appeared to differ from store to store - just make sure you get the item scanned to check the correct price. In one store they had reduced all the garden furniture cushions to £1 each - assistant said that they had to make room for Christmas Decorations !!!!
Do also check out the prices for BBQ's, as the Winchester Hooded 3 burner Gas BBQ was selling for £70, down from £200 - others were also reduced !
In addition - display items (BBQ's and garden furniture) were being sold at silly prices..........just ask to speak to the Manager.
