Is this what the Snap-on ones look like? If, how much would it cost?

Mate these are nothing like snap-on, they are cheap chinese jobbys, metal is as thin as a pepsi can!

same as in halfords

Agreed, but to be fair normally they don't have ball bearing runners for this price and for occasional use in the shed it's not a bad price at all.
However quidco shouldn't be in the base price - an I'm not sure how you get quidco on an instore item?

You can get Quidco on an instore item if you use reserve/click & collect.

Snap-On is about £600 for a similar looking chest so if that has got half way decent reviews it might not be that bad for the price.

I know that the Snap-On tools have a lifetime guarauntee but do the chests as well?

You need to change your post details - you cannot include Quidco in the total price as not everyone uses it and its never guaranteed you also say "B&Q Torq Tool Chest £61.50 (less quidco and 15%)" which reads to me the item costs £61.50 but you can get quidco and another 15% off the price which you cant so its rather misleading;)
