Incredible price, I never thought it would drop below a tenner...get this while you can! Arguably the most engaging BBC World series to date.
Well worth a watch.
How much is the postage for people who will never bother paying monthly for 'free' postage?
i downloaded this a few weeks ago, it's so good, even better at 16:20
This has now come up on netflix (in HD) for those who have access to that.

Am I right in thinking for HOTD you just need a move wand and a gun holder, and not the camera as well?

The motion controller only works with the camera for these types of games (whole different conversation about games that work with the move controller just on its own - but those games are not played on screen)

Thanks for the reply. Would love to play HOTD put sounds like a big financial investment for one game, lol.

Maybe maybe not, I picked up a load of preowned ps eye cameras for 99p each from game a while back.
I will take a look when I'm next in town or see if theres any going cheap on ebay.

£4 in Cex if it helps:

I think poundland or poundworld sell these. I can't remember. I have seen them before though

I have a cheaper one, it's ok, but the quality is not really the same.

I LIKE Steve though I wonder why he doesn't do the "characters" he used to way back when. And, I must have been listening to Steve Wright in 1982, because I remember this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUJkOcbMlfo

LEAVE STEVE ALONE! :-D

PS: There's no way I'd buy the album as I can't stand slushy love songs.

He might be singing along to the songs on this CD..... like he does on his radio shows.
I must admit I can't stand the man and switch off when he's on but the CD looks ok and he is not talking.

Borat
13.99 at sainsburys for standard blu ray set

It is like when people post a 2.5" portable HDD on here, People on here confuse a 3.5" drive because it is cheaper and vote it cold because they don't understand the difference

not really, some may actually want the films and as borat states its standard set they clearly know the difference.
someone that wants the films probably doesn't want to pay more for an uncomplete set

So you are saying unless a limited edition/collectors edition of a product is the very cheapest deal available .

it shouldn't be posted here because it is

Then people should post Borats version on here, this posting is totally different and wasn't meant to be for the cheapest overall deal it was specifically for the steelbook version

i.e. people who collect stamps are happy to pay a premium for a first day cachet cover of a set of stamps, But you could go into the post office and pay probably 50-60% of that price for the same stamps for there face value, but the first day cover is worth more to the collector than just the standard set of stamps he could buy on there own in there Post Office.

Steelbooks are collectors items although they have the same content as the standard version.

but then its not for you to decide if someone can only buy these if they are a collector or the contents are irrelevant if in a steelbook
noone has denied any facts of collecting steelbooks you have given only offered an alternative to one facet of the deal

I am not saying that only steelbook collectors can buy this version, but it would more likely to appeal to someone who does. I posted a deal (see title) for a Limited Edition Steelbook version of this set, In the title (brackets part) imho clearly states what it is and in my view is a different product that does differ from the standard version of this that you can buy.

The way you perceive this posting, anyone posting a Limited Edition/Collectors Edition for any type of product, It must hold the criteria that it is the cheapest available price for all the products that carry the same title/make as well, or it should be voted cold and a collectors/limited edition of a product can't stand up as a separate deal on it's own.?

p.s. The cold voting obviously supports your stance, but I still stand by my view

sure a steelbook is more likely to appeal to a steelbook collector but the films are of interest to some also which is why borats 'aside' is useful
personally i quite like them even though pattison acts like he's constipated so this thread would give me 2 options for buying
the cold votes are from twilight haters unless its cheaper elsewhere - as you rightly say it should be compared to other twilight steelbooks.
im sure any collectors will find the thread useful but there are certain products which attract negative attention and this is one.

Edited By: brilly on May 23, 2012 22:26

In terms of price for the fact that it is a Blu Ray Trilogy Steelbook, it's definitely a good price but the movies are awful.. I understand the idea of collecting steelbooks but surely it makes a difference which steelbook it is?

Totally with you on this.. I collect SteelBook Blu's and X360 / PS3 Games, but you have to draw a line somewhere.. I mean, I don't have an Iron Man SteelBook on either console.. Because the game is quite frankly tosh.
