I can't see any kid who can read (or has an older sibling who tells them what it says) being happy with a car seat with the word "BAby" on it.

Looks good but don't kid yourself it'll last until your kid's 11!

When they get to 11 they will only be on the bottom booster section anyway.

If it's like most other seats than they gradually become smaller as the child grows. The top head sections comes off first, along with the word baby!!!

No one puts baby in the corner. Sorry, couldn't resist a quote from Dirty Dancing.

OK, good point. Didn't realise the head section came off before the rest of the back. In that case it is a good deal (and a cunning bit of design)!

Have a look at this video.

Our 11 yr old still sits in one of these types with the adjustable head bit. It depends on size/weight of child.

Do these recline at all...

I went for the Graco Junior Maxi seat in Asda for £25 in the end. Just on basis of price.

No, but the base is only loosely attached to the back and so will meet the shape and angle of the seat it is fitted to. I noticed our boy was a bit more upright than in his old seat and as he slept his head was tipping a little forwards, so I padded out the base away from the seat back with about 3" of high density foam I had lying about from an old cot mattress and this was just enough to provoke his head to loll back instead of forwards, whilst retaining enough tension on the seatbelt to satisfy me it was securely fixed.
