Keeps the scrotum at the optimal temperature for sperm production. However, I have no interest in that side of things. As a lorry driver these are wonderful for keeping that nice "fresh all day feeling". Highly recommended by me and my ladies!
These DO NOT lower scrotal temperature. The active ingredient in these patches, menthol, stimulates the cold receptors in the skin, without causing an actual change in temperature. The mere sensation of cooling does not increase sperm production.
Everyone - email watchdog@bbc.co.uk about this product, explain that menthol doesn't reduce temperature, send them the Amazon link along with the web address of the company who make them http://fertilmate.co.uk/ They won't be able to resist an excuse to talk about balls, we can definitely get this on TV!

a 4 hour 'tingy' feeling would certainly take my mind off work...
'course there's always a Kilt if you're trying to keep your plums cool, or perhaps if you covered them in toothpase (on second thoughts - probably better not!)
I keep mine warm/cool another way - much cheaper! ;)
