It’s time again for The Hoxton's £1 Sale. Kicking off at noon (UK time) on the 14th April. There is not only over 500 rooms at £1 but over 2000 rooms at rates from £49 throughout the year!
On 14th April at 12:00 noon (UK time) we will release 500 rooms at £1 available only on our website for dates between the 1st May - 31st July.
During our last sale, all our sale rooms sold out in 10 minutes and we had over 350,000 people trying to book these rooms. Given this huge amount of interest you may not get a room for a £1.
To make the sale as fair as possible all the usual rules apply, you are only allowed to book one room, for one night at a £1. If we find anyone misbehaving we will cancel all their bookings.
Our software has been vastly improved since the last sale (fingers and toes crossed...) but the booking system is still the same, hence the room is not yours until you receive a confirmation number by e-mail. Can I book a £1 room on the Telephone?
Our £1 sale is an on-line ONLY offer. All £1 bedroom bookings must be made through our website.
What room type is included in the £1 offer?
Our rates are not determined by the number of adults in the room. Our rooms have either queen-size beds or two single beds and the promotional rate is based on either 1 or 2 people occupying the room.
What is included in the £1 rate?
The price confirmed on your booking includes VAT and a Light Pret Breakfast which is delivered to your rooms and consists of a freshly squeezed orange juice, a granola yoghurt pot and a banana. There are other breakfast options in the Hoxton Grille restaurant situated on the ground floor at the hotel. These would be charged to you separately. Can I have more than one room at a £1?
Please note that we have limited the number of rooms that can be booked on this £1 promotion to a maximum of one room per person. If we find that you have managed to book more than one room at this rate, we reserve the right to cancel the additional room or rooms and we will notify you that we have done this by e-mail, with cancellation numbers.
Can I change the dates?
When you have completed your booking and have a confirmation number, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. As per our terms and conditions, this amount will be non-refundable and the date of your booking cannot be changed. Like low cost airlines, we can only offer low prices by having these booking conditions.
When will the next £1 offer be?
The £1 sale happens periodically thoughtout the year. Join The Hox Fan Club to ensure you hear about them before a general release.
How do I book a second night?
If you have been successful in booking a £1 room, and wish to reserve an additional night please click on standard rates on the book now page, and our other great rates will be displayed.
I didn't receive an e-mail telling me about the promotion
We have used a third party to send out our e-mail informing all of those people who signed up to our mailing list about the £1 promotion. If you haven't received the notification please contact us and we will take this up with the third party.

Terms & ConditionsIf you book more than one room for one night at £1, we reserve the right to cancel all bookings. Once made, £1.00 bookings cannot be amended and are not refundable.

General - Your contract is with Willow St Hotel Limited. Please read our terms and conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.
Reservations - All bookings will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time you make your booking, with the exception of corporate account reservations which must guaranteed with a credit or debit card and Rooms will be held all night for arrival. When your booking is complete, you will be issued with a confirmation number. Please bring this confirmation number with you, together with proof of your identity, when you check-in. The person named in a booking must be the person who actually will be staying. Check-in will be denied to anyone not accompanied by the person named in the booking. Individual reservations for corporate accounts are subject to payment at the time of stay.
Changes - Changes are permitted for any bookings (except for those promotional rates booked during our £1 sale). All pre-paid bookings due to arrive more than one day from the arrival date can be amended by submitting our on-line form. Once we have received your on-line form we will amend the booking subject to the hotel having space for the new dates requested. We will then charge the card originally provided, our change fee of £15, and where applicable the rate difference between the old and the new rate. If the rates on the new dates requested are lower than originally booked you will only have to pay the change fee. However, you will not received a refund. Within 24 hours of submitting the form we will then email you a revised confirmation, stating clearly all the changes made.
If you are less than one day from your arrival date you can change your booking directly with the hotel until 16:00 on the day of arrival by calling our reservations team on 020 7550 1000. After that time no changes can be made. Cancellations and Non-arrivalsOnce made, bookings are not refundable. Therefore (i) cancelling a booking, (ii) not arriving for a booked stay or (iii) the hotel's denial of check-in to a person not accompanied by the person named in the booking will not result in a refund. Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking, once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled up until 16:00 on the day of arrival. After 16:00 or failing to arrive for your stay full prepayment for the first nights stay will be charged.
Price - Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes. Corporate account room rates agreed is confidential between the company and the hotel. VAT is excluded.
Room Types - Most rooms have double beds. We have a limited number of twin rooms and a few accessible rooms.
Damage - We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Pets Policy - No pets, guide dogs allowed.
Limitation on Liability and Law - We make every effort to ensure that the material contained on our website is accurate, and all material is published in good faith, however Willow Street Hotel Limited does not warrant its accuracy. Willow Street Hotel Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages arising out of the use of this site or any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the material or information provided. We will have no responsibility for any property left behind or damaged as a result of your stay. The laws of England and Wales apply to this website and to our terms and conditions. Court proceedings relating thereto may be commenced only in England and Wales. Nothing contained herein is intended to affect your rights under the laws of England and Wales.

We may need to pass this information on to other persons and it may also need to be provided to security and/or credit checking companies, credit card companies, government agencies and public authorities if so required or as required by law. This may involve sending your personal data between different countries, including countries outside the European Union where controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in the UK.
IP Address - We use your IP address to help administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you. We take great care to ensure this information remains confidential.
Registration - Our website's registration form requests users to give us security information and unique identifiers (such as your e-mail address). This information is used to contact customers when necessary and, if you opt in, to send you information about our company.
