looks good- freeview included.
what will the resolution be on a 15 inch?
any good beth25?

These TV's are bad. My mate got one.

It says HD ready and yes it does have HDMI, but we even had problems accepting a 720p signal. Make sure you check the resolution on the screen before you buy.

be careful with these tvs, my gf got a cheap asda one last year and to say it is unwatchable would be far too kind

Is this really a good price?. I have seen 19 inch for the same price at currys.

With a DVD player built in?
#10
I want a screen for the bedroom as I'm at a point where I find it difficult to sleep without a TV on (it drowns out noises outside of my room)

This would be ideal as currently I can set me TV sleep timer but the DVD player stays on all night! With this (assuming it has a sleep timer!) it should all shut down together.

The problem is that it seems, from what I read, most integrated DVD players fail sooner or later! :-(

To be honest depends on the make i think.....

Ive had my 26" LCD with built in DVD player for nearly 4 years now and touch wood not a single prob, plays copies too.....

Onyl pob ive had recenlty is the little one keeps loosing the control :-D

I saw this model on display in the Swansea store and to be honest it gave a pretty impressive picture with the dvd it was playing. Far better than some other models I've seen in Currys, Comet etc.

If it`s an LCD with a built in DVD,then buy DMTech.
Don`t buy sh1te like this..
Like loads of other cheap products.
They are built to a price.

Went to Asda's today & this TV was playing the movie Shrek... so I went over & fiddled with the sound.... & to be honest it sounded reasonably good! The picture was good too.
I finf that whilst most LCD TV's can give an OK picture... its the sound thats often the problem!
This TV sounded OK .. for what it is..
I've read comments about 'stuff being made to a price'.... welll just about everything is made to a price - even the best stuff!
This TV seems just fine for what its meant for..... in my opinion..
Cheers

I was in ASDA tonight and forgot to look!

Note to self : Quick trip to Asda when I finish work in 5 minutes :-D

Be nice to see one in action, although I'll probably go down the route of bigger tele + cheapo DVD player + cheapo Freeview box.

Just need something for my computer room / office!

I'm looking for something for the room but I already have a Toshiba multiregion DVD player since I upgraded my main system to Blu-Ray and I think I'd like a 19" TV preferably. I have a 14" CRT (13" viewable) in the bedroom now but it's too bulky. The built in DVD player really appeals for space saving but I hear about so many of the DVD players dying!
#22
Bought one as a birthday prezzie for me mum, easy to set up, picture quality is great, dvd player work great, sounds ok, Can't complain at all to be honest, Its not going to be used that often anyway so its probably ideal for occasional use only.

i've bought two of these, and to anyone who hasn't got one yet,i wouldn't bother.it's ok for the price but the sound is very tinny.even with the bass right up.the picture is only viewable from virtually one place, the viewing angle is rubbish(if you walk to the side of it or even just get up the picture becomes very light).i wish i'd spent a bit more and gone for a better make.they're the 15" model.by the way does anyone know who makes them,as they can't be tuned to a sky remote?
cheers,phil.
