Is this all varieties?
Morrisons do all varieties (original, caramel, mint, coffee) for same price.
#2
Hmm, you sure? You got me all excited for a while there.

This from the website 10 seconds ago......

Great price for a litre bottle. Voted hot.

We do buy quite a bit of this type of stuff through the winter but recently we have bought Tesco's Finest Irish Cream Liqueur, currently selling at half price (£8 a bottle). I don't know if anyone who has tried it will agree that it's even smoother and better tasting than Baileys.

I've not tried it, possibly will though. However I assume you mean £8 for a 70cl bottle, which is around £11.40 for 1l equivalent so more expensive than this, so it's not a saving over this.

I saw this yesterday, it expires on 1/12.

I think I may get the coffee one, it's gorgeous.
#11
Good find. Heat added. I just paid more than this for the smaller bottle "on offer" in the co-op.
#12
Thanks of I go to Tesco :-)

Was in Lidl yesterday think it was £9 there.

Well I suppose you did post the link which was better! I think this is the drink that is advertised at the end of the new Tesco advert about having a "Finest Christmas at Tesco" if you seen the advert.

If any of you guys do buy the Tesco one, let us know what you think? I'm very interested.
Personally, I thought its smoothness made the Baileys seem a little harsh in comparison (like usually Baileys compares to the cheaper ones). Maybe the Tesco brand uses better quality spirit, or less perhaps?

++ I'm interested to hear opinion too. I've tried the cheaper 'fake baileys' before and generally found them pretty bad, but then I've generally found Tesco Finest products overall to compare favourably against many 'top brands' so fingers crossed this time...

Good deal, may try out the creme caramel flavour, I think I would like it.
PS- I like the old fashioned baileys bottle picture at the top.

the cheap stuff is horrible. Good luck to you and carry on if it really tastes the same to you, but I honestly can't comprehend how it could. I couldn't even stomach it in coffee.

Baileys Original went down to £8 / Ltr last year. So fingers crossed.

No Asda sold a 50cl bottle for a fiver, perhaps thats what your thinking of?

I think the lowest it went last year was £8 at Sainsbury's/Tesco. Not sure if Asda got in on the £8 act last year, I'd imagine they did too.

Good luck with this if ordering online, just had shopping delivered one item out of stock, take a guess which one!
