Baraka: Blu-ray £5.99 - Sainsburys Entertainment
I'm a massive fan of Baraka. A beautiful, thought provoking film and one of the best Blu-ray reference discs. Available for just £5.99 at Sainsburys Entertainment.
There is a pricier 'dual play' re-release later this year to coincide with the release of the spiritual successor 'Samsara'. However I can think of no reason to watch this visually stunning film in standard definition.
Take a look and try something different. Highly recommended.

Yeah it was filmed on 65mm film and looks incredible. Along with Ben Hur it is one of the few 8k scanned films available on Blu-ray.

No, but there might be the odd reptile or scorpion in it somewhere.
I'm just glad this deal is relatively toasty and wasn't voted sub-zero.
