That's barbaric, who would flush a dog down the toilet? It's not like a fish.

Sausage dogs, no problem with the old style Victorian U-bends. New modern U-bends need multiple flushes for big dumps.

Perfect excuse to have a cat, you never have to dispose of its crap. Unless you are the neighbour :)

My dog disposes of our neighbours cats crap :|
Seems a good idea but with a Great Dane and an American bulldog, it's seems a never ending job picking up after them and would probably cost me more in the fluid to help it dissolve. Still heat added as I'm sure it would be for someone. :)

I picked one from the tesco customer service desk with a key ring in coventry
I had no cash and only cards, asked them to borrow me a coin and they gave me the key ring

I use WD40 to remove glue left by tape etc

This.

On a hard / non-porus surface WD40 or light oil lubricant spray containing PFTE is extremely effective at shifting adhesive labels or residue. IPA is better for breaking down grease / oil / oxidation. In my experience IPA will initially shift adhesive residue but once the alcohol evaporates the stickiness returns.

It's a different product and therefore a different deal, not necessarily better. If you want two radiator keys your deal is a lot more expensive making it a worse deal. Amazon have also placed a note on your linked page which says, "This product is not currently offered by Amazon.co.uk because a customer recently told us that the item received was not as described." So you may not even get what you order.

Heat added for OP.

1) If one need two keys for one's house, then one must have a very, very large house. One could just leave a key in a tool box!
2) So since one really only needs the one key for a whole house, one is paying twice as much than needed!
3) The link I gave, give lots of different sellers. selling the same thing for the same price + free P&P. So it's a bit of stupid post by Amazon!
4) It is a better deal, lots of people do have their gas and / or electric meter outside and have to get at stop cocks etc.
5) If one really must, they can also be picked up from pound type shops!
6) Was it really worth your rant? Nah, didn't think so! - You're talking 10p extra that does more!

What you called a "rant" was a reasoned argument. You however continue to make assumptions about every one who wants the original product.
1)Not every one who wants two keys has to have a very, very large house. One may find it more convenient to have two keys. One also may not have, want or be able to carry a tool box.
2)The first part of your second point is already disproved by my first point. The second part relies on one wanting a meter box key or not already having one.
3)I could not care less about Amazon choosing to sell one as it has nothing to do with these posts. Clearly you are trying to pad out your feeble argument.
4)You are making another assumption that people don't already have keys to do the other jobs.
5)This deal was about getting one from an online store. If you want to post one for pound stores go ahead with your different deal. No one is stopping you and can hope that some poorly thought through comment is made about your post.
6)A pointless question and incorrect answer that appears to be written by a child needs no further comment.

Still think this beats isopropyl or rubbing alcohol for stubborn sticky labels and has a pleasant orange smell, unlike WD40 or petrol. I bought some ages ago at around this price and it lasts ages and, as I said, the scraper is really handy, too. Hasn't failed me yet, unlike other stuff I have used.

Mine arrived today, worked a treat. I just use a tissue. Hold,it on the top n turn the bottle upside down for a second or so n that was enough to do the job for majority. Did about 6 blu-ray cases n you wouldn't think the bottles been opened

Try using cooking oil to get the sticky off. It usually works with a bit of kitchen roll.

These little things are a lesson in frustration.

Soldering often requires a little bit of pressure, just to help the contact. That little bit of pressure will tip this over in a heartbeat, as will the weight of its own magnifying glass.

This will be a bit of junk you chuck in the back of your cupboard.

Whilst what you say has some validity, it's a lot easier to use one of these than it is to grow a third arm.

I had one from ALDI - looks similar - the base was cast iron and sufficiently heavy to stop it just falling over when soldering.

You are applying heat, not shoving a boulder off a cliff.

My experience was with one that looks the same, and it was useless.

Don't you mean it's a funny stocking filler for idiots? Whats funny about it - do you give it to grandad a laugh yourself to death while he goes rse over tit when leaning on it or do you guffaw when granny goes crashing down the stairs after trying to use it? Strange sense of humour you have

I said adults, as a joke, not as an actual walking aid for the elderly, but if your grandparents were stupid enough to try and use an inflatable toy as a real walking stick, it explains perfectly where you intelligence came from.

I got these for my 6 year old girl for Christmas and she loves them. A family friend of mine had some of her family from Romania here for Christmas, her nephews loved them too. She has ordered 48 each for both of them to take over with her.
A big part of my childhood. Always great fun, until the upset once you lose the propeller, nose weight or when the nose just snaps.

Ive always wanted to throw one off a really high building. Once I tied one to a bottle rocket with fishing line and it glided to earth really well. Better times thats for sure.
Got these for my daughter, she plays with them more than her christmas present - an android tablet! They are fun though!
always ended up with the p zero!
